Yes, the US Coast Guard regulations for the construction of a charter vessel licensed for more than 6 passengers are very stringent, more safety features that a "6 pax" recreational boat. We are not a "head boat" We focus on family and group trips for 1/2 day. With fixed shading and retractable shading, everyone can be in shade or in for some "tan", a
place for everyone. *max for fishing is 10 persons.
