For over 40 years, Cap Fendig has toured guests around and on to the islands of the Georgia Coast. Of Georgia's 15 beach front barrier islands, only 4 are accessible by car. The rest you can get to if you have a boat and a connection. Cap provides both. Most the of the islands are pristine and undeveloped. Some of Georgia's islands are in private ownership, some in Federal hands, and some in state ownership. A few islands have a mix of all and all have a rich history, many events and persons playing into national focus.
